This 3x Session Package is the perfect way to get in shape and reach your fitness goals. Enjoy 3 sessions per week for 4 weeks, with each session split up to hit every muscle group at least once each week. I also provide ongoing reviews on a personal level as we train, as well as nutritional advice to ensure you are making the best out of each session. This package is ideal for anyone trying to take their training up a level, 3 times a week.

  • 1-2-1 Training Policies

    • If cancelled within 24hrs of session then session is treated as used and the client will lose out on the session at full price.

    • “No Shows” or Failure to contact me will result in the client losing out on the session at full price.

    • Please be aware, arriving late will reduce training time.

    • Consultation and Health Check forms must be completed and signed prior to training commencing.
